Came in for first time last week. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant looked clean and organized. There is a few tables but is very small. The food was really good. Probably 1 of the best hibachi places we have tried here in Bakersfield. If you are like me, and dont care about the show, and just want some good food, thos place is definitely for you. Definitely recommend this place, and will be back again soon.
The food is always fresh and full of flavor, and the prices are very reasonable. Even though it’s hibachi style, it’s a fast casual spot where you order at the counter and they bring the food out in to-go style containers. Everything still tastes just as good as a sit-down hibachi restaurant, sometimes even better.

Food is great and prices are very reasonable compared to eating teppan yaki with the show at a restaurant.. If you liked Akira's off california avenue from years ago before it closed it is the same family that owns this restaurant. Food tastes the same as eating teppan yaki just without the show. Will be going back again.
