Hello moving from Texas to bakersfield I found this place very good The taste of the food is excellent and the service they provide is outstanding The taste it is authentic They made a mistake on my order but they fixed it and did everything right thank you for that not too many restaurants would do that specially after the order was already delivered through Uber Eats or other source I would definitely recommended

The food is good but we ordered a burrito but it had more beans and rice then meat. The carnes asada fries didn’t have much meat either. The ladies have a horrible attitude you ask a question and the answer all annoyed. They charge for a small box and the box is all messed up to be honest I won’t ever go back they also serve in plates that are chipped from the sides and that really made me unease. Very disappointed

I had made an order of $100 something on a Saturday I drove 30 mins to this place and when I got home I was missing a semita I called and the cashier said I can either go back for it or get a refund on my card so she took down all my information and she told me by Tuesday it would go back to my card I waited til the following Saturday and it still hasn’t been refunded then u called and the manager answered she was so rude and wasn’t professional at all then she proceeded to tell me that they don’t do refunds because on cards so why would they take down my card information it’s so unprofessional.

I decided to try the pozole rojo de puerco from Las Super Tortas on a rainy day, and they did provide all the necessary condiments. However, traditionally, pozole rojo de puerco is made with trocitos de puerco or espinozo de puerco, not ribs. Unfortunately, the pozole had ribs, which I feel don’t belong in this dish.
The price was reasonable, and it hit the spot on a rainy day, but the ribs threw me off. Overall, I’d give it a 7/10.

Very family friendly very good atmosphere. They have soccer on the tv in Spanish. The staff is very nice and helpful. The food is very good. I got the small asada fries and while this is the only place not to put nacho cheese on them the fries are still very good. And at a very good price for a small. They even had two different spices and a what I am assuming a chili sauce at the table already.

The food is good but it would be nice if the service was just as good as the food. I placed an order through doordash but before receiving the order doordash canceled it because of the dasher ok well it wasn't the fault of the store or mine but rather that of doordash well they gave me back what I paid for the order in credits so I ordered again and they called me from the store at first a man answered and after that you could just hear how Mrs. Fausta was only saying about unpleasant things then they handed her the phone she didn't want to listen to me well she didn't even let me talk or explain to her doordash resolved the problem and Mrs. Fausta again did not want to fulfill the order and was very rude. I offered to pick up the order and she refused, saying that she was going to place the order even though it had already been cancelled. I've been eating there for years and never had this problem until they put Mrs. Fausta in charge.
