Little Caesars Pizza

Absolutely horrible experience from start to finish. First, they gave my food away to a DoorDasher — without even checking the name. I had to wait around for them to remake my entire order.

When they finally did, it was clearly rushed. The pizza wasn’t even cut, so I had to hand-cut it myself at home. On top of that, when I went to eat my breadsticks, I noticed a bug literally cooked into the food. Disgusting.

I’m not usually one to leave bad reviews, but this was unacceptable. From the lack of attention to the poor food handling, this visit made it very clear that quality and cleanliness are not a priority here. I won’t be returning.

Ordered here today at 4:00 for a pickup at 5. Got there and my order was not done and their excuse was they got busy. Understandable if I had just ordered for a close pick up time, but they had a whole hour. I know it’s Sat & they get busy which is why I obviously ordered ahead. Had to cancel my order as I had somewhere to be. Another thing is she told my husband it was in the oven when he went to check around 5:02 to see what was going on and I went back in some minutes later to cancel and she instructed them to not make the order anymore so apparently it was not in the oven after all. Last there was lots of people there waiting when I arrived and all got their order before me, so maybe they just prioritize in person orders instead of already paid for, ordered ahead items which doesn’t make sense if so.

For fast fresh pizza this location has it. You wait about 10min for a fresh one but they are fast. Staff is not always in high spirits but then again they are always short handed so it makes sense.

Food is always hot & fresh, prices are half the price of their competitors (or less). The staff has always been polite when I needed to ask for anything. This is the best Little Caesars in the area.

I went to this location to pick up my order. Owner of this establishment has this place of business so hot. No air conditioning on. Workers in there sweating trying to make pizza. I felt bad for the workers. May report this place for working there people in unhealthy environments. The owner ought to be ashamed to work them in the heat, especially with this weather we are experiencing.

There shouldn't be a 10 minute wait on LC pizza. It's called hot n ready because it's supposed to be quick grab. Also looked like the owner? Of this franchise walking around the back in sandals is a health code violation.
