Ordered Italian cheese bread, half pizza and cheese bread, crazy puffs. All was dry, overcooked. Disappointed to say the least.

I just placed an order off the app & it was supposed to be delivered 25-40min later, no problem i thought they were just busy, like always. Never had a problem. I waited about another 15min, & the pizza tracker showed the delivery driver still waiting at the store. I called the number talked to Little Caesars rep, only to find out an employee gave my order to the wrong delivery driver, so they canceled it, mind you it didn't show up canceled until after i called. I asked the rep if they could replace the order & have it delivered, since it was paid for, she said NO, my money was in the process of being refunded. I would have to spend more money to order again. I asked about a discount since they screwed up, also a NO they don't give a discount for their employees screwing up. You also don't get instantly refunded in a day or 2 either. I now have to wait 10-12 business days to get my money back. So NO PIZZA, NO DISCOUNT, & NO SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY MONEY BACK on their screw ups. Thank you Little Caesars. OH BTW, THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE NICE & FRIENDLY BUT, THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME I HAD AN ISSUE WITH THIER EMPLOYEES GIVING THE WRONG ORDER TO THE WRONG PERSON OR DELIVERY DRIVER.

I always get the Hot & Ready pizzas. The only thing I don't like is they used to be $5 pizzas, but they've went up to $11 ?. I think it's a little steep for just a cheese, or cheese & pepperoni pizza ?.. but they are good and the service is good ?.

So we just picked up a pizza, ordered online never have done it before. My wife went to go get pizza ar 4:11pm and didn't know the code entering thing. Anyways she heard your employees say " how does she not know how to get her pizza" then she feels uncomfortable and pizza wasn't in box and had to wait till 4:30 till pizza was done. Not very customer service friendly.

I have love for Little Caesar's, I ordered a "Hot N Ready" right when I was heading home from work and the pizza I got was cold, I called to let them know I received a cold pizza and the "manager" proceeds to tell me that "there's nothing wrong with the hot box" Completely dismissed me, there for I will never go to this little Caesar's @ 5620 California Ave - D again, I would much rather pay $25 to have it delivered from the one by my house on mt Vernon & Columbus then try to get it again from the one by my job for just $10. Management sucks, pizza sucks. Do better or hire someone that won't run the company to the ground.
