Ordered pizza online went to go pick it up. When i arrived told them my name to pickup my pizza. They said its been picked up already, i told them i just showed up right now to pick it up. The manager refused to refund me or replace the pizza told me to get out of the store. I refused to leave until i get my pizza then the manager argued with me used abusive language, and told me to come in the back to fight. I called the police immediately and reported the manager. He later agreed the system might have messed up the pickup order and replaced my pizza. This place has a negative environment and the staff are sheep scared of the managers orders. Its a shameful act the manager portrayed, not professional business. Run by a bunch of clowns I will not be back ever again!!!! 0/10 on all categories

I have to say that this little Caesars pizza is the very best of all we have ever went to! They literally make it fresh! It tastes totally different than if you were to go to another Caesars! If only all of the locations could make pizza like this!!!!!!! Our family loves it, and now they won't eat it from any other location. Nit to mention the wonderful customer service.. Down to earth, unstressed workers.. Thankyou! Pizza, pizza!

What a waste of time and energy. I ordered at 8:53am for a 10:30 pick up. Guaranteed pick up by 10:45. I arrived and waited for my pick up, which was not done. The online ordering system said it was put in the oven at 10:57. Fine, I'll wait. At 11:04 it was being packed. At 11:07 it was marked as ready. I asked again. They did not have my order. They did not START my order. If I wanted my 10:45 guaranteed order, that was still not done by 11:15, I would have to wait another 30 minutes. For ordering HOURS early, I got a crying 8 year old and a huge waste of time and effort. Thanks for ruining my child's day. At least I got a refund.

Went to get fast pizza the guy working there in the front told right away that there was a 40 min wait, had to leave right away, who wants to wait so long when you're hungry, seems like all they hire is kids that don't want to work, sorry for saying the truth of my experience.

I waited 25 mins for an online order which was placed at 6:36 and got home to discover both two toppings pizzas only was one topping. Also the female team member called me “guero” which i took offense to.

I had a terrible experience with Mia today. Not only did she forget multiple items from my order, but when I pointed it out, she was incredibly rude and dismissive. It's frustrating when you're already inconvenienced, and then to be treated poorly on top of it makes the whole experience worse. I won't be coming back again. she needs to learn to do better.
Terrible customer service. I had to literally tap on the counter because of the staff ALL standing around the I'm assuming Supervisor..shift lead that was working on the schedule. Another person came in and the continued to talk.aboit who is getting schedule and what days they're working. Ridiculous.
