later in the day I placed a mobile order with a pizza and breadsticks. When I got home i noticed the crazy sauce was only filled half way and not all the way , I then called the store and explained and the girl who answered said I’d have to get it the same night not any other day which is strange because you have a 7 day grace period for items in fast food but then i heard another employee talking about how my order was from t-mobile because they partnered for a deal. Thats not my problem you don’t have to be rude about it.

Today I placed an online order. I selected pick up thru the app. I unfortunately couldnt get my car to start I called the store just now to see if I could switch to delivery. The lady who answered said they couldnt do anything about it. So I asked if it could be cancelled. Instead she marked it picked up by me. This is unacceptable. I called corporate but the office is already closed. I want my refund please.

Ordered pizza online went to go pick it up. When i arrived told them my name to pickup my pizza. They said its been picked up already, i told them i just showed up right now to pick it up. The manager refused to refund me or replace the pizza told me to get out of the store. I refused to leave until i get my pizza then the manager argued with me used abusive language, and told me to come in the back to fight. I called the police immediately and reported the manager. He later agreed the system might have messed up the pickup order and replaced my pizza. This place has a negative environment and the staff are sheep scared of the managers orders. Its a shameful act the manager portrayed, not professional business. Run by a bunch of clowns I will not be back ever again!!!! 0/10 on all categories

I have to say that this little Caesars pizza is the very best of all we have ever went to! They literally make it fresh! It tastes totally different than if you were to go to another Caesars! If only all of the locations could make pizza like this!!!!!!! Our family loves it, and now they won't eat it from any other location. Nit to mention the wonderful customer service.. Down to earth, unstressed workers.. Thankyou! Pizza, pizza!

What a waste of time and energy. I ordered at 8:53am for a 10:30 pick up. Guaranteed pick up by 10:45. I arrived and waited for my pick up, which was not done. The online ordering system said it was put in the oven at 10:57. Fine, I'll wait. At 11:04 it was being packed. At 11:07 it was marked as ready. I asked again. They did not have my order. They did not START my order. If I wanted my 10:45 guaranteed order, that was still not done by 11:15, I would have to wait another 30 minutes. For ordering HOURS early, I got a crying 8 year old and a huge waste of time and effort. Thanks for ruining my child's day. At least I got a refund.
