If you’ve never visited, you need to try Ichiban.
Today was my second visit and we’ll definitely be coming again. Complimentary edamame and miso soup, and Linda also offered our 2 year old son a heaping bowl of tofu after she saw him asking “more! more! more!”. We ordered x2 Alaskan rolls (my wife loves salmon sushi) and a teriyaki bowl—and it is my favorite teriyaki chicken in town.

Denny is the best sushi chef! I live in LA and every time I go to Bakersfield that's the place I go, unfortunately. I'll be there tomorrow and he's not going to be there. Oh well, till next time.
