Placed an order at 5:20pm for pick up at 6:00pm. Wasn't ready until 6:40. Sat there while others walked in and ordered and received their orders before me! This is the second time this has occurred at this location although this was the longest I had to wait of the two. Won't be returning.

Service is ghetto and super unprofessional, cashiers are rude and very nasty attitude. Pizza dough taste like cornbread, and the manager is never there, and the assistant manager is ran by everybody else under him. They should shut this place down before they make someone very sick.

Everything sucks about this location. The employees work in slow motion. The pizza sucks. You'd think if you're going to wait 30 minutes the pizza would at least be good, which even for little Caesar's, it's trash. The oven seems to always be empty. Go to another location or any other pizza place.

Tried calling to place an order for pick up no answer, drove there they don’t take American Express and they didn’t want to start my order until I came back with another form of payment. I don’t think this is the best way to do

There's at least 5 workers in the back taking their sweet time making the pizzas. While waiting, there were other costumers in the lobby just waiting and getting frustrated. Other costumers would come in and leave because the wait was so long. I waited for my pizza for at least 45 minutes when in reality, you can bake a pizza for 10 minutes through the machine. This long wait makes no sense. Little C, make it make sense please. Respectfully. Thank you.

Lazy disrespectful kids that have no clue what their doing nor do they care. 30 minute wait inside the store for a hot and ready while other customers hot and readys are just sitting. Avoid this location. Trash.
What's the entire point of hot n ready if the ovens going to be empty .. they said a 10 min wait that turned into 30 mins

Food always comes out decently well, so no complaints on that ever. The issue is that if you ever order via phone they seem to not keep track of those orders and will give you a wait time and when you come in they don’t have your order in the system. So it ends up being a waste of time and you have to wait for them to make it fresh since they never actually added your order to their queue. So if you’re going to order from here. Just show up to the location and order in person or place an online order through their website. Never call in. They suck at handling orders over the phone. It’s happened 4 times in a row at this location for me. If it wasn’t the only one near me I would just go to a different location. Normally I could care less about writing a review, but I hope the ops staff sees this and finds a way to fix the issue. That’s why I’ve decided to write my review. Hopefully it saves other people a whole bunch of time.

I understand the restaurant biz trust me but the lac of motivation they have in there is terrible the only one that was working at a reasonable pace only started helping when there was about 10 people in the waiting room. I had been in there for 20 mins because my app said it was in the oven. So they say that but it's really just to get their numbers staying good. Get people with better work ethic
