Avoid This Establishment – Disappointing Service and Racism at Play
I visited this restaurant hoping to enjoy their renowned truffle pasta, but my experience was unfortunately soured by poor service by the bartender Julie and what seemed to be racially biased treatment. I’ve always enjoyed the food and the Luigi’s experience and last night just added to that! I hosted a surprise party in their warehouse and it was phenomenal! Their staff is amazing! From start to finish, they delivered! From their detailed-oriented event coordinator, Lis Clarke, to their friendly, attentive, and fun staff—I am thoroughly impressed! All of my large events will be held at Luigi’s from now on!
