Our server Steven took excellent care of me and my wife. He knew the menu like the back of hands and the way he described each made me hungrier than when I first came in.
The food did not disappoint. I have been to three other Italian restaurants so far in Bakersfield and this is the best. It is now my favorite Italian restaurant in town.
The food is indeed considered fine dining. It fills and satiates but does not make me feel heavy and uncomfortable afterwards....

We have been coming to Mama Toscas for many years. The atmosphere and food are wonderful. This year, our server Braden was absolutely wonderful. We will continue to have our annual friends' dinner for as long as we're able. Thank you to everyone at Mama Toscas..
