I've been eating here for over 10 years and the customer service has gotten so bad it literally ruins my entire dining experience, a great restaurant that I would eat at often with my family is no longer the same, cold food, orders being taken wrong and terrible customer service, it's sad the current state of this restaurant.

I've been eating at maui pho for over 8 years now and it's truly depressing how BAD the service has become, servers taking orders wrong, food coming out after ridiculous wait times, food being served COLD, I wanted to give them the benefit that they get busy so it's hard to keep up, but my last couple of times visiting this place I have left upset solely from how TERRIBLE my dining experience was. It's sad as a longtime supporter of this spot to see it plummet to such bad service, I'm truly bummed out.

Love this little restaurant. Great food! I had the wor wanton soup and it was the best I've had. My lady almost always has the sweet and sour chicken and the cream cheese filled wonton. The people who work there seem to love their jobs and it shows. Everyone should try this place. You won't be sorry. I can't say enough good things about them. Keep up the good work ??

i went there on wednesday in the drive thru and ordered chicken pho at 7pm. very disappointed as the pho was not even hot.noodles were ice cold and soup was cold.

March 6 2024 I took my daughter here for lunch and the waitress was rude. She’s short, long black hair and of Asian or Chinese decent. From the time we got there until it was time to go. The tempura roll I bought hardly had any crab in it. I kid u not it was 96 percent rice, 2 percent seaweed, 1 percent tempura, and 1 percent crab. The Pho my daughter ordered was brought out to her luke warm. I was just here 4 days ago and the service was way better and well as the tempura roll but today I was very unsatisfied and won’t be coming back.
I'm like a food critic without the license, and I came from Alaska, so I came to this place after work, and my little brother referred me to this place, lol. Had a food craving. I have massive high-quality taste buds for food and more on the menu to try out. I randomly selected the 2 entree meal combo with orange chicken and broccoli and beef and it all tasted amazing and cooked to perfection and also 2 orders of salt and pepper shrimp that were huge pieces and very flavorful in texture and tried they egg flower soup that the owner served us both and that soup is the best I've ever tried in a long time and my mom used to come here a lot. I also tried out this mango boba, and the drink surprised me a lot for my first time. Overall wonderful place so far since I've been here for about several months, and the customer service in the front was very well mannered and helpful throughout our time while enjoying our meal when she shown a lot of patience and was entertaining and funny, so sorry if I forgot your name so keep up the good work from the time I was there at about the time you were almost getting close to closing time on Tuesday night, everything tasted fresh and was very fulfilling with massive portions and great price overall as well. You can park and come inside when they lobby is open or walk here and enjoy the amazing atmosphere they have and the clean environment while dining in or take out or drive through. They also have condiments to get or ask for. I highly recommend them for when you're hungry or family dine in or if you're in a hurry. I have a few recommendations, better employee uniforms and hats to represent the place and logos because they deserve it!. Thicker wider straws for the Boba drinks to make it easier to drink out of. Overall Keep up the good work and the people in the back, and whoever else was working today, they deserves a raise and a couple of new business shirt uniforms and hats and name tags for all the employees. This place is horrible! They take forever, don’t even acknowledge you. After more than an hour waiting I finally got my cold food, all to have a roach in my pho. They seemed annoyed like it’s our fault they had to remake it. Place needs to get inspected.
