Truth be told, I rarely - if ever - eat fast food. But the other day I had a three hour glucose test in my third trimester of pregnancy. McDonald's is a known quality standard and has many locations in Bakersfield. I like many of their standard offerings including breakfast (McMuffin) and lunch menus (double cheeseburger).
I have switched to McDonald's as my default stop from Starbucks when I am out and about. McDonald's has many more food choices and I actually like their unsweetened coffee better than Starbucks.
