The good is always good. The service is aight. They may take along time to get the food out in drive thru, cashier may take along time to help you if you go inside, & homeless always there asking for a hand out.

The staff is rude. I come inside everyday and they always take my order and never turn the machines off. The employee said her name was “Candy” which I don’t believe but she would not allow me to purchase my food and didn’t warn me or say anything until I tried to come to the counter to pay. Im not sure if she’s new or not but very rude and unwelcoming. She treated me less than and made me feel like a bum.

I think the food is alright but not good enough to cover their bad service.. completely horrible..!! My girl walked in and asked where the restroom was, and they said, “ sorry mam, this restroom is closed. It’s only for customers “( we were all on our way in to order something ). My girl said to the employee, “ well how do you know that I’m not a customer? I just might have to use the restroom first, or better yet wash my hands. You know what, we’ll take our business elsewhere, thanks. “ I said, “ absolutely “ and we left. The worst customer Service I’ve ever had… 100%!! North Chester and Roberts lane
Parking: It’s simple. You just pull in and park. There’s a whole other parking lot next to it between McDonald’s and Dollar General. Empty, you just pull in and park.

Drive thru screens are blacked out and broken, homeless everywhere but they are fast and accurate. But the amount of homeless people make it seem unsafe especially when they are right next to the paying window and in your face about giving them the change.
