Every time I have gone to the drive thru of this McDonald's something is missing in my order it can be the happy meal toy, my son's juice or milk, it is so disappointing that they add it to the ticket but they do not put it in the order, really a bad service in this location.

Pull up to the drive-thru at 5:05 am. I got greedy by the automated system and waited for over 6 minutes for someone to take my order. When I finally pulled up to the window, the lady refused to take my order and asked me to go back around because she claimed I had cut other customers. I explained that I had been waiting for over 6 minutes, but she didn’t care. After seeing everyone else’s reviews, it’s obvious that management doesn’t care about how they treat their customers. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this location and find another McDonald’s with better customer service.

This place has the rudest person in drive thru in the mornings. Older Hispanic women. I stop here for coffee every morning on my way to work and it is the same exact treatment. She rushes you off the speaker. I say good morning she says can I take your order? I ask for a coffee she says ALGO MÁS after every word that comes out of my month. Once you get to the window her face is just not welcoming open windows, no hello , no nothing just your total. I have been holding back on posting. I said to myself maybe she had a bad morning etc, but NO this women is just RUDE, careless and should be in the back somewhere without having to deal with customers. Today was it. Even doe this is the closest on my way to work, I WILL NO LONGER go there. I really hope this does something to maybe retraining on hospitality. Thank you.

Con’s: Hands down THE WORST SERVICE POSSIBLE. The worst attention to detail with the most condescending and rude staff I’ve ever seen. Staff should not treat customers as like they are idiots. People can be exhausting, which I understand, but you have to meet half way to fix things. Easily an area that management can improve, but by the shape the location is in, you can see management does not care enough. Please get help!
Pros: in spite of the barriers, good food came out. Reaaaaaaaally hit a spot.

There's always lot's of homeless in the area and they finally fixed their drive through menu because it was broken. The drive through staff is rude most of the time. They never greet you at the first window they just tell you how much you owe them. Also, when you order a breakfast bagel sandwich through drive through they're going to ask you to park and wait for your order. This is the closest McDonald's to me so I go there ofter. The food is always good, but their service is terrible. It almost seems like a family business.
