Customer service is the worst. Never fails every time I go to that McDonald's they never get my order correct they make the drinks how they want to drink to be made even if you customize it and pay extra

so I went through the drive-through with a mobile order paid for and then ask if I could cash pay for an ice cream cone. The manager told me that I had to drive back around for a second order when I got to the window I asked since when are you guys making people drive around for another order and she said if I had been respectful that they would’ve done it. When I only asked when did they start making cust drive around for a second time. I will never go there again
