I order a breakfast sandwich this morning and this cashier was really rude and mad, her number I think is it KS#15 she need to get training in how to provide a good customer service.

The line today was impacted due to The Grinch Meal release. It was about 10 minutes before we ordered and an additional 10 to get our food. I was disappointed that the two Grinch meals we ordered did not come with the dill seasoning we were very excited for, Not to mention both pairs of socks were blue. Which was unexpected since the promotion has 4 colors. Given that it was $15 (more than your usual meal) and the reciept has the seasoning listed. I expected better.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this McDonald's, and both times they got my order wrong. I ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese biscuit, but this is what I received—a biscuit with sausage and egg. I picked up my order on my way to work because it was convenient. When I called to report the mistake, they told me I’d need to go back for the correct order or request a refund. They refused to take responsibility for their mistake. A straightforward job—getting the order right—was too much for them to handle. Terrible service-

Breakfast while traveling. Ordered egg, sausage, and cheese muffin combo for me. And an egg,sausage, and cheese bagel for my dog. Breakfast was filling and fast.

It seems like they just refry food from days ago. The food is always horrible no matter what time of day. Stale refried fries. Chewy stale mcchickens. Just very rushed food. They need to do better in this store!
