This location inside Walmart usually has friendly hard working staff, but perhaps understaffed. Wait times are longer, ice cream and milkshake machine frequently down, and the lobby could use better cleaning throughout the day. I paid for 5 dipping sauces and they didn’t give them to me. If you’re a food delivery driver I’d skip orders from here.

If you are traveling on the Hwy 99 through Bakersfield I would recommend this McDonald's by far! The lobby was open, with fresh flowers on the tables and plants, The restrooms were clean and decorated, The restaurant had great atmosphere with smiling happy employees. Right off the bat we were greeted the girl took our order. She told us to have a seat and they brought our food to the table too. The food was just as we expected it to be, Delicious! They take way too long to get your order ready. The inside restaurant is always filthy. They do however get your order correct here unlike other McDonald's. The food looks just like the commercials at this location
