Jacob was rude when my sister wanted make sure she got the correct sauces, she PAID for then proceeded to still get them wrong. Thanks bud, super great eating dry nuggets when we're forced to pay 25 cents for sauce you won't use.

There are various things surrounding it's rating, but I'm not necessarily ok with 90% of the food, but other things are better, such as service,depending on the time of day, and I guess the atmosphere, depending on the time of day as well. Sometimes it's overly busy, and other times it's an overall ok environment.
