I believe it was my third time purchasing food and the last time when I see your team cross contaminating food. The cashier is ringing up on that cash register then immediately goes over to handle a knife without washing her hands, touching spoons oh, and this is the big one I had a side of chicken being cooked she has to open the that little carton with the sides go in with her bare hands. It’s not OK are you glad I’m not calling the health department on, but never the less to say I will not return at this location.

After placing an order online, we walked in and waited at the pick up line. We were both greeted, made eye contact with the cashier, and left to wait at the pick up line. She finished with one customer and continued to help the next ordering. About 3 orders later, we realized they were not going to give us the pick up order so we got in the ordering line. I was then also ignored by another employee working the line. We made eye contact with her and she skipped us to the next customer. I asked to speak to manager, Javier, and I clearly see why the lack of customer service is a problem. A half apology stating “they probably did not see you. They are busy”. I’ve placed plenty of online orders and the pick up order line has worked just fine no matter how busy they are. Making eye contact and then choosing to skip us isn’t “busy”. It’s just plain disrespectful and lack of customer service.

Had a bad experience they had me waiting on teriyaki chicken for 30 minutes on the parking lot they forgot about my order never going back

The Broccoli and beef there was no beef and the broccoli Was so raw you couldn't eat it

The attitude of the manager is very bad, treating the waitress and talking down to the waitress with the cashier in front of the customers.

I personally feel like Panda Express quality of food has gone down can I say that because they're so rushed no shades on to the workers you know but I also feel as if they stereotype. One lady refused to hand me my food with more drink until I pay them which was cool cuz I didn't have an ulterior motive but I personally believe she'll leave yourself open to somebody trying to harm her or some drama unnecessary they walk out with the food and don't pay call the police. And I'm only saying that because she didn't do it to everybody specifically just me but again but everybody ain't me
