I witnessed the manager tell an autistic man with a cardiac alert dog to leave the restaurant because they require documentation of disability. If he wasn't traveling from Southern California to Northern California with everything packed, he might have complied. Every person with a true service animal needs to go here and file a formal complaint for not complying with the ADA laws. It's 4k per offense.
I love it here and the stuff was so friendly the restaurant was super clean I ended up getting the family meal and it was the best!

This place deserves zero to half a star. The orange chicken was super hard and the fried rice was really dry. But that's not the reasoning behind my star rating. Tonight there was a Mexican girl with lots of makeup cashiering by the name of EVELYN. I was in the restaurant with my 13 year old and one year old sons. We had a long day at the fairgrounds and were starving. EVELYN was on a 15 minute break and sat a few tables away. AllOf us being exhausted just wanted to eat and get to our hotel to go to bed. She walks up up our table and rudely points at my one year old son and says "EXCUSE ME!!' YOU NEED TO CLEAN UP THE FLOOR! Your letting your baby throw food and you need to clean it up since your letting your baby do that! Clean it up before you leave!! Don't leave that mess!" And I replied back with "EXCUSE ME! He's just a baby. Babies play with food and he is learning how to eat. ". She glared at us and pointed at the food on the floor. I am not getting on my hands and knees to clean up a floor. I am not an employee. FOR ONE, I DO NOT STAND FOR SOMEONE TREATING ME AS IF I AM LOWER THAN THEM! TWO, DONT DEMAND/BOSS ME LIKE IM YOUR SERVANT. THREE, YOU ARE THE EMPLOYEE! ITS YOUR JOB. THATS WHAT YOU GET PAID FOR!!!! FOUR, BABIES MAKE MESSES. GET OVER IT! I travel a lot and o have been at numerous restaurants. High end to fast food. I apologize if my baby is making a mess and our waiter or waitress always says no worries. They smile at my baby and talk to him. I just want to let you know that EVELYN was a total bitch and who is she to talk to is like trash. She needs to learn the meaning of customer service and respectful. I do not recommend this restaurant and will be complaining about this employee on more sites.

I walk into the door, the employee and I greet each other. I ask her all I want is a soda that’s it. She straight up ignores me and I just go buy it next door at subway. I noticed all the female workers there seem to hate their job. They never have a good vibe when I walk in.
