Dont order on app.... they will take forever much faster just going through the long drive through lane. Also food is sloppy.... little meat and contaminated with other dishes.

Never been to a panda where I was the only one in line. Lol good thing. I also waiting for a good 4 -5 min with everyone busy with drive through …so I just walked out.

Panda Express Buena Vista - Stockdale: Disappointing and Consistently Poor Quality
I recently gave this location another shot, hoping it had improved since my last visit. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. The food here is consistently soggy, bland, and never fresh.
I placed an online order, which they managed to mess up. When I went back the next day to get it corrected, I was treated like I was trying to scam them for free food. That wasn’t the case at all—there are just certain things I don’t eat at Panda.
It seems like when the food here gets old, instead of discarding it, they substitute one of your items and hope you’ll eat it without complaint. It feels sneaky and dishonest.
From now on, I’ll be returning to my previous Panda Express location, where the food is always good and the service reliable. Unfortunately, this Buena Vista store has failed to meet expectations time and again.

I have never tried the sesame chicken before and I have to say it is by far the best entrée I have had at panda express.. EVER!! Both my entrées, Sesame, chicken and beef and broccoli had just come off the stove top from cooking. Everything was hot and fresh, including the vegetables. Chicken sauce is phenomenal.
This particular location was the cleanest and not very crowded.
Only suggestion I have is when you go through the drive-through it’s important for the cashier to let the person know that they need to go around the building and park in the drive-through parking spot and wait for someone to come out to you. I waited and no one came out and I had to walk inside to ask about it .
i like this location, i usually take my food to go, i love it because im always in & out quick by the time i get home my food is still warm, the workers are friendly, definitely going to keep coming here

I was told to wait for 3 min for an entree when ordering drive through, waited in 100+ degree weather for 20 min no one came to notify me went in all they could do is shrug their shoulders and say it’s not our fault it’s the cooks fault. They were all standing there not busy yet no one could come out and let me know it’s taking longer than expected. Very poor customer service. This is the busiest of their locations and the worst customer service, 3/5 times they get the order and wrong and they look like they don’t care.

I never leave reviews. Especially bad ones. Me and my son got panda last night. Which I never like eating there but he loves it so we got panda and my daughter canes. The beef we got didn’t taste right. Maybe it was just from another batch they mix together idk. But me and my son both woke up sick to our stomach my daughter is fine. But she didn’t eat panda. i believe we have food poisoning.
