“If you want a fine dining experience go somewhere else. If you want good Peruvian food that's mouthwatering flavorful go to Rosa's Peruvian. The cafe is a dive actually, but the food is delicious. It literally reminds me of being in Peru. The Ceviche is spot on fresh with lemon, and our Loma Saltado, the beef was tender and flavorful with cooked onion. Now, my favorite is the Tallarín Verde Noodles with beef steak, the flavor is authentic, earthy and savory. I want to go back everyday.“
