For context of this review as of 2/22/2025 I went to try to order a 50 dollar value meal order for my family around 8pm I was confirmed of my order over the phone. As i waited just about an hour nothing showed so I called on the status of my order and was lied to saying it didn't process over. So I tried to talk to support about it and was hung up on after I requested the district managers number and corporate number to file a complaint in a professional manner. So never will order anything again from this company. Ordered at Papa John's came less than after that shitty service from pizza hut. I guess you can out pizza the hut after all.
got a reply from the owner pretty sure its an automated response system to make it seem like they do care. if you honestly want insight from a loyal customer here is some pointers. when someone ordering over the phone the employee needs to confirm all the information provided, confirm the order total, confirm that the caller wait time will be estimated based on order intake and status of order. called in advance if there is any issues with the order or if they need to update any information provided. that's pretty much it if you want to make me happy as a customer fix your staff first .......then we will talk when you can accurately give me accurate information to contact you directly

2 hrs waiting for my pizza to be delivered.. i will never buy again in this place
Life is good
After messing my pizza up three different times and one of those times actually losing it and giving it to somebody else I stood there for almost an hour waiting for the right pizza. I spent more time there then I did at home eating the pizza. I wouldn't suggest going to this one I would highly suggest using a different Pizza Hut even if it is further from your location.

For the first time ever, I think Pizza Hut is getting too big for their own underpants, I was on hold for 20 minutes while the lady tried to apply online coupons to me that she said was not working in her system as I was reading that mailed in coupons in my hand. After 20 minutes she finally is able to get the coupon to work. I give her my credit card info. She says they don't take my credit card and then I told her why not and she says we only take Visa and I said what made you think this is not a Visa. Of course it's a Visa blew. My mind didn't even bother to ask and as we're getting ready to place the order she gets the last piece of information for my credit card and we get disconnected. She never called back so I waited 10 minutes called in again. Then they said their system wasn't taking my credit card. My credit card was invalid although I just placed an order with them 2 weeks ago. After using the same credit card. I was left on hold with management twice for 20 minutes. After an hour and 15 minutes I hung up without trying to call back again. Not even able to place one pizza in the last hour and 15 minutes while I was on hold waiting for the manager. I placed an online order with another pizza place here in town and I will never again after 15 years order from Pizza Hut. I kept telling her my credit card is good. It's the same credit card I've had for years. I just ordered from you guys 2 weeks ago. Obviously your guys's system is having issues tonight as it couldn't even read the coupon code that I was reading to them from the coupon that was in my hand. Just disturbing how big of a conglomerant this place has become never again

This location is sorry. They are one of the reasons why I choose to make food at home for 20$/hr the service sucks you would think that making decent money will excite them to work but guess not the fast food industry needs to be re evaluated and retrained by pros

$28 for a large pizza with huuuuge crust. They charge extra for different crusts, like why? Its flour, oil and water. They charge for parmesan cheese smh. Domino’s and Little Caesars is the way to go if you want convenient fast food pizza. NOT pizza hut. Would NOT recommend spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

By far the worst experience I've had with Pizza hut. Especially this location. The manager sucks!! Does know how to give customer satisfaction. They messed my my order that was paid for. I had to go back n forth twice! And still didn't want to give me the pizza I paid for.

Bad customer service, they don’t answer the phone I placed an order and nothing got delivered I was trying to reach out to see what going someone answer and click on me when I told them the issue and waited 30 minutes for them to answer, I called back someone picked up and click I called back again and no answer.
Love this place, definitely try to get them once a week from my busy

Pizza wasnt delivered by the time given. I called the delivery persons number and wasnt able to talk to anyone, went to voicemail, I called again, someone picked up the phone, said there was a long line, would deliver the pizza in five minutes, 10 minutes after the posted E.T.A.

The quality has gone down, we bought 2 pizzas and the dough was tough and thick that it was hard to chew, they didn’t even cut the pizza properly either, I called to complain but the manager only solution was to bring the pizzas back to have them remade which is ridiculous considering I wasn’t near the store anymore. Honestly this place needs to fix their quality cause it isn’t the same anymore and not worth it.
