Ordered online, showed up 15 minutes later and was told that someone else picked up our order. Were then told it’s not their problem and we have to figure it out through the app. Such bullshit.

Went through the drive thru to experience the worst customer service ever! Placed our order was asked if we wanted original or spicy when we said spicy she immediately said we are out.. why ask then! The girl's attitude was horrible for no reason, why are you at work? When asking for condiments she got really annoyed and closed the window.

We went for lunch earlier 'today'. The chicken was good as usual, but the sides keep getting more expensive and smaller. I mean ridiculously smaller. Both were barely over half full of a tiny cup.

Very clean and nice atmosphere. Our order was prepared quickly and nothing was left out. Just because the area isn't the best, doesn't mean the store will be the same? We'll be back soon. Recommend the Spicy Chicken ??

I ordered a hamburger to eat at the place and they gave it to me to take away. But the food is good

The girl working drive thru is rude! We asked for more butter & she said "i put butter in there but whatever!" The red beans & rice didnt taste right either, definately need to take lessons from the oildale popeyes on customer service & how to cook the red beans & rice!

Fast service, always clean and the chicken is always well done and never taste stale. Only gripe is the lack of condiments being offered, I always have to ask. Also the drink prices are insane. 4.50 for a large drink?

There was only 2/3 people there. They were only worried about the drive thru. They took forever to come to the front when I was trying to order. Only one person for the front. I didn’t get a fork with my food when I ordered Mac and cheese and when I asked I had to ask 3 different times for her to finally hear me. They took too long with the orders too. Also I heard her sending the other 2 people on their 10 when there was clearly people there going to order.

Order wrong and portions off. Brought food back next day for them to say they don't do refunds only remake. Never heard of such a thing without it being posted 1st?
