Tenders were nothing but batter (no meat). Fries tasted like they had been sitting out for a while and were not fresh at all. Definitely was a waste of money.

Honestly it's was disappointing, no flavor what so ever, I asked for chicken tenders and got chicken bites, mashed potatoes had no flavor, the Buffalo sauce wasn't even Buffalo flavored, also asked for 50/50 flavor couldn't tell the difference. Oh wait even got expired coupons.. 😆 🤣 dang what a waste.

This place is terrible all around. I am not a frequent customer to this place, but let me tell you this place is bad news. The workers have no idea how to use their own system and fail to communicate effectively at a middle school grade level. The manager is an obvious junky who treats her workers like garbage and the customer like a moron.

The main issue is I tried to make my own combo without the biscuit, but apparently unlike any other fastfood chain you cannot order anything without it being one of the designated combo options. So I went to the cashier and tried to fix my order because I had ordered too much food unaware I had doubled my sides. The manager proceeded to make a huge deal about it as if issuing a simple refund was too much to handle. all the while being extremely passive aggressive and condescending. I had already been through a really rough day and didn't want to make a scene because people like this are so ignorant that there is nothing you can say beyond their preconceived notions.

I ordered tenders and they told me to pull over to the side and they will give it to me in six minutes. He ended up being that I received them 27 minutes later, and when I tasted the chicken strips, they were warm cold. This will be the last time I come here because every time I have to wait on the food. Last two times I waited 15 to 20 minutes. The chicken is good but not that good. So remember you are going to wait.
