The staff are very friendly and approachable. Brie was very helpful when I first started going to the cafe. I would recommend everyone try the burrito bowls

You have to pay a fee just to walk into the cafe. It is absurd and overpriced. Students shouldn’t have to pay a fee to get in plus their food cost. Why is water $5 this isn’t Disney land.

Pizza is good, but the pasta is bland especially the meatball marinara. Food is pricey. Chicken fingers aren't that great, doesn't taste restaurant quality. All you can eat was better because it was $10.

Won’t ever be using Restaurant Runner again! Been waiting over two hours and still no delivery. We called to check on the order and we’re told the restaurant takes a long time and the Food’s still not ready, then they’re making our order right now, then the driver is already there getting the food, all within a minute. Whatever BS story they could think of. I asked about canceling the order and getting a refund and was transferred to the corporate office where I’ve been on hold for over twenty minutes now.

Don't use Restaurant Runner. Terrible service. Placed our order at 5:27 pm it is 7:42 pm and still no food. Called Olive Garden and our food has been sitting there since 7 pm getting cold. Called Restaurant Runner and told nothing but excuses.
We certainly will never use them again. Cold food, terrible service and rude!
