As someone with gluten allergies, finding a bakery that caters to my dietary needs is a true blessing. The gluten-free desserts here are outstanding. From cupcakes to cookies, everything tasted amazing and didn't compromise on quality or texture. The value for gluten-free options was superb, and the staff was knowledgeable and accommodating.
I do like the cookies.... now that they have either stopped using lemon zest or at least decreased the amount they were using. My issue is with their cake. My husband had them recreate the top of our wedding cake. Simple dark purple flower design on a white background. It looked fine, but tasted horrible! I'm not sure why all bakeries have not switched over to powdered food coloring but just adding more and more liquid or paste adds a nasty chemical taste, rookie mistake,...
