My mother in law often treats us to Smith's cookies and they are always such a treat! You can tell Smith's is old school with their simple, child-like cookie designs, but they sure are delicious! The beehive is also a special treat. Be sure to go early, so you get everything you want!

I live out of town so whenever I come to visit my girls. I try to stop and get cookies. Usually buy them at one of the other stores but this was on my way out of town. Stopped in at around 9:30 am. Shelves were pretty much empty, but they did have my fav the thumbprints. Which actually are ridiculously priced now! There were two women working, one never even turned around to acknowledge me. The employee that helped me acted like she was totally put out by putting my purchase together. Would not smile or respond to any of my questions. I am in customer service so I know how to treat customers. I was very friendly. I spent a high amount here. And barely got a thank you. I know everyone can have a bad day, but come on. Need better customer service skills. I will continue to love my smiths. But will not be returning to this particular store.

As a local you grew up with Smith's bakery that while the stuff is made elsewhere and brought in to the individual locations the help that sells it to you is different than the help that makes it so if you get a grumpy cashier it's not Smith's fault unfortunately

Best bakeries ever. I travel 4 hours to get the champagne cake and cupcakes. I have been going here for 40+ years and have yet to buy something that didn't taste amazing!

My husband and I usually go to the Market place location on Saturdays and I wish I would have gone to that one again. I called in my normal older and the older lady that answered at the white Ln location was really rude. I told her I would be there within 20min and the last thing she told me "if I'm not there by 9am she will put them back on the self" in a rude manner.

First, the young girl who helped me was not very nice and acted like she hated her job and being there. Second, have only been their twice now and I am not at all impressed with their items nor how they taste. Can definitely make cakes and cookies that taste far better. The second time I went was for doughnuts. Not only were they very low on product, what I did purchase (which was a dozen to share with my co-workers), again, was very disappointed and my co-workers agreed.Don't believe I'll be back for a third time.
I had gone to the bakery in the AM to get a bday cake for my 11yr old. Their ATM machine down I told the I come after work. Called 30 prio to let the know I would be omw from Eastside might a few minutes. I could of pick up dtwn but since they told it be cool... I drove to this location, I was 2 minutes past 3 and refused to let me in. I'll never buy anything from this locations.. last was a betch!
