We make it a point to stop in Bakersfield for at least 2 to 3 days on our way to Southern California or Vegas. There are some interesting things to see in this area.We always stop at a dessert ? shop called the snow shack. OMG there snow cones are out of this world, even when compared to snow cones in Hawaii.They have so many flavors as well as different combinations. Other desserts as well. My girls love this places' ambiance and employees. They decorate the shop really nicely and are always so nice and cheerful. It has a large menu with a variety of flavors. A definite staple on a hot summer afternoon after playing in the park across the street.
