Horrible! Pay for extra fruit in my drink barely got enough to change the color of the sprite cheddar peppers are cold and soggy and my pretzel twist is stale this is ridiculous!!!

The food is always nice ...when you can get it. Unfortunately sonic in this location is always understaffed even according the staff when you try an order. We waited 20 minutes To order the food and then when we tried to order we waited 3 minutes for the blinking light to be turned off. I tried once more and finally said it'll be 20 minutes. I said I waited over aht since pressing the button the first time and was told they were running on two people only. These companies need to bring in staff

Went to order food which was cold and was the only car in the drive thru, and my drink was handled sloppy with soda dripping all over and was handed to me all sticky without a wipe to clean it! Staff is rude and dirty, even the drive thru window is disgusting full of greasy hands and finger marks everywhere they should at least clean it, it's the first thing customer sees.

Went here with a friend and tried ordering. Order taker ask if I wanted medium or large. I told her regular size. She again repeated medium or large so I said small. AGAIN she said medium or large. I got irritated and left. She NEVER once said we only carry medium or large sizes, she just kept repeating herself and ignoring what I said. I will never go back since they don't know what customer service is.

So I ordered a chicken sandwich and got half of a burnt chicken patty, buns were fresh. I asked the guy if I could order another one so the guy came out and took the sandwich back to remake it. The next sandwich I get has 2 completely burnt buns but the buns were cold! Rock hard stale burnt buns, all because I asked to guy to remake my sandwich.

Horrible, I ordered 2 sonic blasts via drive thru and felt that the worker didn't hear me properly so I repeated myself at the drive thru window, dealt with the attitude, paid the difference and still got the wrong ice cream. no disrespect but how do you mess up a simple order like that

We went there for dinner tonight. I got a crispy chicken sandwich. It was extremely hard and dry. I could barely take a bite of it. It had the texture of jerky. I immediately lost my appetite and asked for a refund. They refunded me. I looked at other reviews and it appears this is common with the chicken sandwiches. There is no excuse for not making something fresh because they were NOT busy at all for dinner.
