The food is always nice ...when you can get it. Unfortunately sonic in this location is always understaffed even according the staff when you try an order. We waited 20 minutes To order the food and then when we tried to order we waited 3 minutes for the blinking light to be turned off. I tried once more and finally said it'll be 20 minutes. Went to order food which was cold and was the only car in the drive thru, and my drink was handled sloppy with soda dripping all over and was handed to me all sticky without a wipe to clean it! Staff is rude and dirty, even the drive thru window is disgusting full of greasy hands and finger marks everywhere they should at least clean it, it's the first thing customer sees.

Went here with a friend and tried ordering. Order taker ask if I wanted medium or large. I told her regular size. She again repeated medium or large so I said small. AGAIN she said medium or large. I got irritated and left. She NEVER once said we only carry medium or large sizes, she just kept repeating herself and ignoring what I said. I will never go back since they don't know what customer service is.
