All the stalls were broken the worker was horribly rude to us for no reason, and it took almost 30 minutes for 2 drinks, a tater tot.

I'm writing to express my disappointment with a recent visit to one of your locations. We stopped by for lunch before heading to work and faced several issues:The wait time to order was nearly 15 minutes with only three cars in line.The drive-through attendant spoke so softly that it was challenging to understand her.Despite ordering boneless wings, we weren't offered any sauce options.The staff at the window seemed disinterested and almost as if she'd rather be anywhere else.Only two napkins were provided for eating wings in a car - insufficient for such a meal.I ordered a Chicken Slinger, and what I received was quite disappointing. It resembled a homemade hamburger more than a chicken sandwich, with the chicken being hardly recognizable. To add to that, the bun was burnt.To address the issues, I attempted to speak with a manager. After requesting multiple times, a girl named Sydney presented herself as a manager, which it later transpired she was not. When I showed her the subpar Chicken Slinger, rather than addressing the problem, she became defensive. I posed a simple question to her - would she eat the sandwich presented? Her response was not reassuring.Due to these inconveniences and the fact that I was unable to eat while my family did, I believe a full refund is justified.If this experience is indicative of the service quality at Sonic, I'm afraid it might be our last visit. Scott and Tawney (the owners) must have a really hard time finding good help. Service is okay, food is horrible. The GM Jessica is beyond incompetent and can't check expiration dates on things. I got served 3 month expired frosting. I wonder what else is back there expired? I saw they served a pregnant lady expired cream awhile back. Avoid this place unless you like food poisoning.

This is the worst Sonic I have ever been too. Loooong waits! Rude service. I hadn't been to this Sonic in over a year because of this but the kids were begging for a Sonic blast. I pulled into the ordering stall and was rudely told I had to go through the drive thru because there is only one person on duty. The other two employees are both on break. I was speechless. First of all, you only have three employees working at a busy fast food drive thru. Secondly, you give them both breaks during the dinner hour. So many things are wrong with this situation!

This is a terrible place, I asked for strawberry ice cream hot fudge sundae... I got this disgusting vanilla icecream with strawberry pieces and when I asked where the hot fudge was they took it and put two little drops of hot fudge. If I could give it zero stars I would. Nasty place

NEVER EAT HERE! They will ALWAYS mess up your order. A few weeks ago they forgot an entire sandwich. Tonight, they forgot my order for nearly twenty minutes and then I didn't realize the order was incomplete until I got home (no dipping sauce for the Cinnasnacks) Totally incompetent staff. Hopefully corporate will take notice.

I have gone to this Sonic for 13 years and it has gotten progressively worse. The only time you can get good service and the right food is when a manager is on duty. They need to train their employees especially Sidney...she asks customers do they want their change and the nerve of her to ask and make your drinks totally wrong. I had to return my drinks on two occasions when she made my drinks. On one occasion I ask her while I was still in drive thru did she put in the fresh lemon and lime in my drinks and she lied and said yes, when I got home with my drinks both were missing the fresh lime and lemon from the lemon and lime slushes. Just pitiful
