I feel bad for the employees at this location. They are nice people. However, everything seems to be either broken or delayed at this restaurant. For instance, four visits ago for me, no ice cream available because the machine was broken. Two visits ago, I had to only give them cash because their credit system was malfunctioning. My recent visit was great. The app wasn't working and the screen wasn't giving me an option to pay with the card. The worker said that their Internet/Wifi system was down and they didn't know when it would be fixed.
Multiple times now we've gone to this location for a promo item that Sonic advertises, only to be told "we don't have that." These promo items were all on the standard ad screens at the drive up too. Three times, three different items. One of the items they didn't have was basically just adding chili to a burger, but somehow that was impossible.
