Terrible service . The two chubby girls up front have attitude and bad customer service. No smile, rude when you ask a question. Alot of people have complained so why has no one done anything about this . SMH . Customers are the reason they have a job !

I wish I could give zero stars. I went on dec 3, 2023 at 3:00 PM. She give me a vinte hot drink in one cup, as I went out of store it burn my hand and the cup was softened because of the hot drink. Half of the drink spilled out of the store. I went back inside to ask her give me another empty cup to put my drink. Though she didn't offer me a new drink she stand looking at me mad and give me an empty cup with no tissue papers to clean my hands and my old cup. I asked her again for tissues. She even didn't say sorry and instead of me she was mad at me. I can't believe Starbucks started treating customers badly these days.

This is the 4th time I come to this location requesting a blonde VANILLA latte with CARAMEL drizzle. I always just get a blonde latte. You can see the caramel is requested its just never added again for the 4th time its frustrated and they charge extra for stupid things like that and to not add them.

Literally just witness big girl with messy pink buns who works there. Walk up to a family and tell a family who they just served their drinks. Tell them. "We are Literally closing right now". Nothing before that, Nothing after that. They just said ok and left. Like if they don't have a hour of closing to proceed them. Also Like they have to do any kind of table cleaning and aren't just placing the dirty chairs up to dirty tables. The customer appreciation here is something else.

The service at this location was lacking, the woman name Nadine was very inconsiderate as she was on her ear piece which seemed to be a personal call while trying to make orders for several customers waiting. These orders were inaccurate as even ours was. I believe she might even have been the supervisor on duty as the others apologized for her service. I would recommend avoiding this location as one individual screws up the location.

This is the second time in the last month where I had to cut my visit short due to the store managers behavior. I understand the expectation is not for a quite area however she is extremely loud and unprofessional. She yells at the staff from across the restaurant and will take business calls and put them on speaker for all the guest to hear. She lacks professionalism and makes the area uninviting to guest.
When I entered, the place was full and there was only one employee working. Before I could place my order, another employee arrived and then took my order. While the employee prepared my order, an off duty Starbucks employee day at the counter talking to her which slowed up the preparation of my order. Not too happy with that visit. This was at 3 in the afternoon.
