When I entered, the place was full and there was only one employee working. Before I could place my order, another employee arrived and then took my order. While the employee prepared my order, an off duty Starbucks employee day at the counter talking to her which slowed up the preparation of my order. Not too happy with that visit. This was at 3 in the afternoon.
I visited this local Starbucks today with my two sons. My youngest son happened to order their drinks and in doing so, he got confused and ordered the wrong drink. When I went up to the cashier to ask if they could replace the drinks because my son accidentally ordered the wrong one and complained it tasted too much like coffee she took care of it and was very nice to explain to us all of their chocolate Frappuccino drinks. GREAT SERVICE!!???? I had a bit of a difficult drink to make but this red hair girl which i couldn’t get her name, was very sweet and nice and made my drink with ease. Will come again!! Give this girl a raise!!
