Ordered online and said it would be ready in 10-15 min. Showed up 15 min. 2 of the 4 items were there someone took my items they helped 3 other people who walked in 5 min after me then finally asked if I needed help I said yes I ordered online and still waiting for my items and then told me ok someone else would help me the 2 min later someone came up and asked me if I needed help I said yes still waiting for my items I ordered 30 min ago now.

This Starbucks is the ONLY Starbucks in town who makes my drinks perfect! I've never had any issues with my drinks here. Any other Starbucks it's never made properly. The girls here are so friendly and sweet!

I have been to many Starbucks over the years, this one was best by far. My drink was fixed quickly and just how I ordered it. The baristas were so friendly and very helpful ! The location had its merchandise on a nice display so you could see everything easily. Hats off to the manager and baristas for making this such a good experience. I will definitely visit this location again

i ordered a sugar cookie latte with sugarcookie cold foam this morning online and they didn’t add the cold foam. super disappointing?! extra $1.25 for nothing

I wish I could give this 5 stars just for the happiness the pup cup brought my pup- however my iced oat milk expresso was only 2/3s full- which when your spending as much as you are at Starbucks you want a full cup! But this girl loved her pupperchino so thank you for that!

I went into the starbucks drivethru the other day and the lady “Ashley” took my order. Everything was going fine until i heard her talking to her co workers having an attitude. I definitely wouldn’t want to work with her. She seems like she was in a bad mood and everyone felt uncomfortable. She took my order and i felt like i was being rushed and she had a bad attitude.

I made a mobile order and arrived five minutes after it was said to be finished to be faced with an extra ten minute wait even though the inside of the store was practically empty. After receiving my drinks they were both under filled and one of the two drinks was made incorrectly. I didn't have time to ask for them to be remade end just left.

I have not been pleased with this Starbucks customer service for a while ( my granddaughter and I come here at least once a week since it is in walking distance)…however it seems to be getting better lately. I want to give props to the little gal that set up this coloring station for the kids, what a great idea!Because of that I am rating them 5.
*Don't bother tipping*This whole last week I tipped $2 each time and haven't once had them say thank you.Whether busy or slow always rush my order and one out of 4 times a week its correct. I never ask to fix it or say anything. I will just go to another one up the road..

Went in to order and it was not busy I order to get my free cup and they where not friendly and I tried to ask about the cup and they just ignored and they didn't smile or didn't want to be bothed and complaining as they where stocking it no the first time
