I had the worst service there. This is not the 1st time, but this time I have had it. I ordered a strawberry acai w/extra pumps for which I was charged .80 cents. An associate by the name of Bailey was preparing my drink and she asked another associate by the name Millie should I give her little pumps of half pumps and the associate whispered half pumps and both laughing didn't know I heard her I asked why would she do that and she stated very sarcastically "oh its starbucks policy to give only a certain amount depending on the drink" I told her I know that but I paid .80 cents for extra pumps she then handed me my drink walked off never asked to remake it, never apologized NOTHING! The drink was terrible. At that point I just walked off and reported it to Starbucks corporate. This young lady Bailey is rude & sarcastic. I have watched her be very rude to the other associates working there. Not sure if she is a manager but she shouldn't be!

It was 9:00am today, the bathrooms are so dirty, the toilet bowl was brown spots all around it and hair pieces on the floor, and outside the lounging area had full of trashes every where.Does anyone works there care about this place or what?Disgusting!

Shorted us on hot drink . Cup felt light so looked inside and it wasnt full.
Took 18 min to go thru drive thru and they didn't have my drink ready. This is not the first time. I will now go 2 miles down the road for better service at a different location.
