Staff choice to fill all drive through orders before customers waiting inside of shop. I counted 8 cars get serviced before I could get 1 drink. Very poor customer service, I will NOT trade at this location again. Any other location, I walk in and get a drink within 3 minutes.

Hi please be careful with your lids I ordered a pink drink today and the lid had a whole in the side instead of the top part and I spilled the drink all over the car.

I have tried to give this location so many chances because it’s the closest one to my work and most convenient. However, I consistently get less than satisfactory drinks. I know this is a very busy location and I know the staff do work incredibly hard and are kind. It’s just frustrating that I pay extra for sweet cream as my milk and they barely put any. On top of that, I’m consistently shorted on my drinks (see picture). I will now go out of my way to go to a different location. The only reason I put 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff are nice

Very disappointed 😞 Ɓy your no water cup ! I happen to have a ruff day & just need a little water 💧! Do to new policies they no longer are a friendly place, I've stopped here before & wasn't to bad but as of 2025 this location is a place to avoid!
Not all Starbuck are trash just this one .I'll never again step foot in this place 😒 location! Sad horrible prices & customers service! 😢

I hope the employees at this location get the credit they deserve. The early mornings at this location are the busiest I have ever seen at a local starbucks. Everyone from tired morning runners, to eager healthcare works, to exhausted students, show up at this location in the mornings and the customer service and hard work is always a 10. Everyone here is incredibly kind and I just hope customers appreciate their hard work.
I will say my brown sugar shaken espresso is pretty inconsistent sometimes but I think that drink is always inconsistent no matter the location. I should probably stop ordering it lol. Anyways, these guys rock and I love this location. :)

I don’t usually place complicated orders, however, I agreed to a dare & was determined to enter my submission into the Secret Menu Contest. The app wasn’t making it easy for me but Seth stepped up & handled it all so smoothly. The finished product was this beauty of a drink that looks like the cosmos & tastes like a vacation. I call it the Golden Galaxy Refresher & it is out of this world! I’ll be ordering this on repeat, now. Shoutout to Seth for being mindful & giving me patience & support where I otherwise may have missed the mark due to the anxiety of trying a new thing. Demeanor & personality matters. I’m jazzed. Ninja assassin for the win!

Im rating today's experience only since I do visit this location often. My drink was about an inch too low and filled completely with ice. By the time I took a few drinks, it was almost gone.

The gentleman in the Drive-Thru was moving way too fast and obviously overwhelmed, causing him to ignore the usual Starbucks customer service. I felt rushed so i didnt get a chance to look at my drink before i left the drivethru.

I probably would have let this all slide if my co-worker hadn't shared her experience with the same issue last week, except she had 4 drinks. She had them fix it, but it took so long!

We spend ALOT of money here individually and for business, so please do better.

9/29/24 at 7:00pm…. Kid making my order had the worst customer service. Was making the order as if he was annoyed of being there. Dragged himself around like he was forced to be there. while making my order, He didn’t clean the milk steamer each time he would make a different coffee, you can see crusted old milk on it. He placed the syrup straw pump of the pumpkin spice down on the dirty counter, clumps of dry syrup on the end of the straw pump and didn’t clean it just put it back into the container. Yuck! The pumpkin spice latte he made was bitter, just poured the syrup after the milk and it didn’t mix, it was all on top. The caramel macchiato, head no caramel in it, and left it about three quarters. And tasted, like dirty water and not coffee. The girl at the counter who took my order was nice and welcoming. The guy working the drive through, was letting the one making the coffees what he was doing wrong, but was ignored.

Worst Starbucks I ever had, I had mocha frappe, it was just water no sugar only ice and bit of coffee flavour, a chain as big as Starbucks should do honest business with customers, either they are bluffing or maybe their workers are not professionally trained, something is going wrong with Starbucks.
