This Starbucks is across the street from my work so it's convenient as I visit often. They always get my drink right but I really go here because Cherish is an absolute delight. She is always radiating with kindness and such a positive energy.

I never have a good experience from this location. I paid extra for extra caramel and sweet cream foam in my drink, they lightly drizzled the NORMAL amount. I had to stop at a store to use their caramel from their coffee station. My breakfast sandwich was thrown together with meat only on one side of it. People pay too much money for your order to be wrong.

This is a branch that suffers from grumpy employees the manager William who charged me today scolded me would not want to count the change and would not ask whether I need the receipt. I will notify the better business bureau this is a very bad note as per the company's brand name William is an abusive unhappy person who takes it on a person he thinks is vulnerable I am a Prof of economics and worked for the Federal government Starbucks is an American brand this is a very bad form of customer service can you fire him or train him pleaseVegetarian options: They are good

This is by far the best Starbucks experience I have and I get to enjoy it everyday, my Barista ISAAC always remembers my face no matter what vehicle I’m in and remembers my order down to the exact number of pumps and what kind. ISAAC thank you so much for making my coffee experience a good one helping me start my day off with an amazing cup of coffee
