I’ve been a loyal customer of Straw Hat and have enjoyed several great experiences—until today. I accidentally placed an order at the wrong location and immediately called both stores to try and correct it. The team member at the Hageman location was incredibly kind and willing to help transfer the order to the Ashe location without issue.

Just went in to check out the place. It’s within a half a mile of home and was better than expected. Extremely clean, especially the bar area. Full bar, very descent selection for a pizzeria. Service was perfect, can’t wait to come for happy hour..

Great food & atmosphere. A little pricey. A 1 trip to the salad bar is $10. You have to pay for every condiment, like ranch for your fried pickles. I bought the 1 trip salad bar & asked for something to put ranch in, I was told they couldn't give me anything cause you have to pay for extra ranch, you can't get it from the bar, even though I already paid for it.Other than that it was good food.
