Food arrived cold, chicken was overcooked and bland. Popcorn did not taste fresh. It took over 20 min to get a refill on drinks. Theater was warm. Place is outdated and food quality needs to improve.
DO NOT preorder tickets online for SMG!!
I bought tickets online for a movie through their platform and paid $18 plus a $3.90 processing fee through their platform. We get to the theater 10 minutes before the movie starts and are informed that they will have to issue a refund because their projector went down. They process the refund, but only $18. I explained I paid $21.90, but they told me they can’t refund the processing fee, even though we couldn’t watch the movie...read full review
This is the 2nd time that I have come to watch a movie. The first time was a disaster by giving someone else our food not once but 2x. This time today my daughter was given raw and I mean absolutely raw chicken wings. When we showed the person who took our order they just apologized and said we can make you new ones after she seen first hand how pink and raw it was, but we weren’t willing to take a chance at that again.
