I came in yesterday to get 3 foot longs all sandwiches were on point! When I went home I ate my sandwich and I was so satisfied the bread was soft and warm with slight crisp from the oven nothing better! I believe this subway is the best in town! Also it always smells clean in here! Big plus!

The Indian lady in the front did not acknowledge my party of 5 at all when we walked in. She then didnt say a word on what we would like to eat. Then proceeds to look at the food as if she's never seen it herself before. 3 sandwiches end up with portion sized chunks like if I'm a vegetarian slave or something. She took like a solid 20 mins to make 3 sandwiches?? Did anyone even interview her to see if she even spoke English??? Whoever hired this lady my god you need to be fired too, no one these are adults making decisions.

Don’t ever place mobile order at 6401 white lane location. I did it three times and the order wasn’t ready when I went there to pick it up after 45 minutes. They always start working on your order when you get there. They print your order, put it on the side, and keep serving the walk in customers until you show up.

We walked into this Subway location & Steven was there to greet us with a friendly smile. He was super sweet, he was able to recommend me a sandwich, and literally make it to perfection! He also made my wife’s sandwich, which she even said “Wow, you made it look appetizing!”Honestly, Steven you are gem & what ever you decide to do in this world, you are going to influence and make a difference!Continue to shine & bring in the smallest possible way because it makes a huge difference in our everyday lives!

Employee Kenneth was very friendly and helpful. He had great customer service and the store was nice and clean. I had the roasted chicken sandwich with bacon and fresh mozzarella, super tasty.

One person working, I was the 2nd person in line, took forever for the one person ahead of me to be done. I ordered a veggie sandwich with extra cucumbers, extra tomatoes and extra avacado. There were no cucumbers and no avacado. Then she says they management isnt just OUT of cucumbers, but the management is testing the waters and seeing who complains about no cucumbers, because they've decided they dont want cucumbers at this location. The manager also keeps a dirty store. He or she obviously cares about being stingy because theres only one worker during their lunch, no cucumbers anymore, no avocados, and everything is dirty. Stay away from here.

I live right up the block to this subway and have given it at least five opportunities to improve its service and each time I have been very disappointed. Each time I go there is only one person working and it is the slowest worker they can find I mean my grandma probably makes sandwiches faster then whoever is back there. The veggie area is always a mess and looks like a salad bar at a one star hotel. I write this review in hopes the owners can put more money into this place and have two employees working at a time.

I’m be super honest I am not from Bakersfield, when I went to this location I was expecting the staff to be good which they were but when she was making my sandwich she seemed like she did not care she was throwing it all together my sandwich was just one big mess . I said light Mayo and she put alot on . I probably will never go to the location again. She seems like she didn’t want to be there ..

very rude worker no welcoming didn't say not a word until a guy behind us asked if we were helped, he didn't even work there ! it was another customer asking if we were helped then when asked she said no i'm by myself in a very rude tone 02/21/22
