I had my husband pick up my order last night. Paid almost $6 for avocados on both sandwiches and no avocados in neither. And forgot to add my cookies. Called and they couldn’t do anything about it no refund for them expensive avocados that they did not add, that came directly from the manager there just WOW . Smh. Last time I order from them.

The workers should pay more attention to their customers and make sure they have the right sandwich. I received a sandwich with nothing in it except the bread and Mayo!!!! I specifically asked for a tuna sandwich, and I did not receive that, and the store is FILTHY so I'm glad that I got my money back! I will NEVER return to this store!!! Bad

Online, curbside pickup order. Three sandwiches. THREE. Yet the sandwiches were mislabeled! I had to manually deconstruct each Sandwich to determine them. I honestly was about to call the store because I seen zero meat on what was the most costly sandwich of my order, the new Outlaw, before I did locate a very small portion of meat. This sandwich was from the New selections menu, had the equivalent of a single thin slice of meat, rolled up, yet the other two sandwiches were "classics" , less expensive and did not lack in meat. Ends of bread were hard, not in a good, crispy toasted way (it wasn't toasted) but in a day old bread way.
