I ordered 3 sandwiches online which were all incorrect and the staff admitted that they did forget to add the extra meat that I paid extra for. I was told they would remake them but when I went to go get them I was told it had to be the same day and it was to late. I tried speaking to a manager and was never called back. Just had the worst experience ever. I ordered a 6in sub to go because I had an appt and was hungry. The bread on my sandwich was so hard you could knock on it! I ate about 3 bites and took back after my appointment. Manager said, “you already eat”…to which I replied… I don’t ever want another sandwich here, you can keep it!!!

two front Indian ladies was SO rude, first walked in and gave me dirty dirty looks. Took 5 min to even order when no one was in line. I asked for a certain bread and she gave me totally a different bread. Mid way she's making them she's talking about us to her coworker. WILL NEVER GO AGAIN!
