I love all of the donuts, cakes and cookies!! The maple bars are delicious! We just tried the breakfast burritos and they were amazing! Very friendly employees too!

Nice options. Stopped in for a Valentine's treat for my wife. Lots of choices of amazing looking sweets. Too many to choose from. Everything was freshly made and the presentation display was great. Highly recommend for special occasions or just for yourself.

I've tried some of their treats from family members before and was surprised at how good they were, so I finally had to check it out in person. The cafe/bakery was clean and neat, simple. But the service was subpar. Like it cost the two ladies money to speak. I asked a question about their Oreo cup and both staff members looked at each other confused before saying it was whipped Oreo. Not entirely helpful, so I chose something else instead. We went for family dessert, so we each called out what we wanted one by one and the lady attending us was quiet the whole time occasionally walking away without a word. I almost felt bad we kept ordering things. She even tried calculating our total a few times before we were finished and we had to apologize and say we weren't done ordering ( it was just my husband and I with our 3 children...). Anyway, service was a little uncomfortable. Their pastries are good, but none of us were a fan of the "whipped" stuff. That's just our preference really, we aren't much into fluffy, air-y frosting. I'd like to come back and try their breakfast options and maybe one of their blueberry muffins! I'll be ready for the quiet, slightly standoffish service this time around.

I've been ordering cakes and purchasing pastries from this place for years and they have never once let me down. But yesterday I picked up a champagne cake for my moms birthday and I have to say, they absolutely knocked it out of the park. They must have made this cake just hours before I purchased it because it was the most fresh & moist cake I think I've ever had. My mom is not easily impressed and has been raving about it. This is easily my favorite bakery in town. Their thai tea is also some of the best.

Clean, Customer Service was okay , yummy pasties. When I was walk in I wasn't greeted two young ladies working just look up an just carry an talking to each other . When I ask a question I was looked at like it was a silly question. I end up looking online to see what was in the pastry. Thank goodness they have a website to look at the details . It's smell so good in the place . Looking for yummy treats highly recommend,. If you have questions just don't ask an look it up . Just the fact that customer service wasn't that great lost a star .

Went in this morning got a maple and chocolate glazed donuts smaller than the norm more like Krispy Kreme donuts what's up!
Opening times are not consistent. I’m at this location once a week to meet up with friends. Employees arrival times cut too close to the posted opening hour. This then causes less time to prep for store opening. When doors do open we have to wait for them to finish pulling items out and warm up coffee. There have been numerous times where I have left to find another location for treats and coffee.

We love it here! Fresh donuts and grill items, plus custom cakes and other delish desserts! We love the Bagel Happiness breakfast sandwich. It NEVER disappoints. There are tons of other grill options like biscuits and gravy, eggs, etc. All the basic donuts are here plus tons of seasonal fun ones for the office or the kids! I LOVE when they have fruit topped pastries! My only "meh" about this location is the staff. We've never had excellent customer service. It's loud because of all the equipment and the music, and the girls behind the counter speak SO QUIETLY. I'm getting old and can't hear as it is (it sucks), so I always appreciate good enunciation and volume. Not a huge deal breaker, but just like anyone else, I enjoy a smile and working with someone who seems to enjoy their job. 10/10 will return for Bagel Happiness!!

I had the worst experience I have ever had in a business. I went to pick up some treats for teachers and was treated so rudely by a staff member. She was bothered by every question I asked. She huffed and puffed right to my face when I asked her if she could please check what my total would be. I tried to ignore it and kept saying "thank you so much" since there was so much tension from her bad attitude. It did not help and she continued to treat me horribly. She didn't even want to give me my points that customers earn with purchases. She told me very rudely that she'd do it when she was ready. By the end of the interaction, she took my payment and just walked off. I was shocked by her actions but did not want a confrontation so I just got my treats and went to walk out. I looked over at her with a disappointed look and she screamed at me "That was so rude! You just rolled your eyes at me!!" She told ME this, after the way I was treated for no reason whatsoever. I then told her how horribly she had treated me and she continued to argue with me. I then asked to speak to a manager and the other employee told me there wasn't one. I left and called the other location and they also said there was no manager. I then emailed the owner the situation and got no response even a week later. This whole experience is still so upsetting to me. I will never return to any Sugar Twist. Especially since I didn't even get a response or apology from an owner or supervisor. I guess they are ok with this treatment of customers. So sad.

I just had a Thai tea and it was a 10/10 I highly recommend this beverage and I also had the cupcake of the month is was a chocolate chip pumpkin it was pretty good I would give it a mother try I give it a 6/10 other then that the staff was fast and friendly

"Oh my Goodness" this place is good for anyone with an eye for food design and a sweet tooth. Almost too pretty to eat, ;) almost. The owners of this place seem to really care about what they produce and the staff are ready to fill your cravings with a smile.
