Taco Bell is fully automated. Trying to help my 86 year old mom order from the automated screen was a nightmare. The store have two menu stations but one was out of order. Having only one working station added to my stress. Customers were in line behind us and waited patiently for us to finish. We should have went through the drive thru. The drive thru would have been much easier and faster.

In Bakersfield with my Brother and decided to eat before heading back to Porterville. Lots happenning at a motel that was across the street. Live Life as it happens..Ate & bounced. Staff was friendly, all females, & they were doing their jobs flawlessly.

Usually always stop by here when I want a quick bite and the staff is always on point. The food is always delicious and I would recommend this location to anyone. Thank you for the great customer service.
