Best sushi place in Bakersfield , it is as simple as that. I am very picky on my sushi and this is the only sushi place in town I will ever go to now. The other sushi places do not even compare to this.

Roll - tuna lover - 4 .2 out of 5. On the sweet side
Roll - tuna temptation - 4.0 out of 5. On the sweet side.
Vegetables tempura - 4.0 out of 5. I prefer my tempura a bit under cook for the crunch.
Soft shell crabsalad- was amazing! 5. Out of 5. Has an orange/lemon taste to the dressing.
Shrimp fried rice - 3.8 out of 5. Had a shrimp powder taste to the rice...

Came to eat and sit 2130 place does not close until 2230. We were greeted with sorry we are only doing take out right now by a guy with glasses, but offered takeout. We eat quickly. Watched 4 workers just talking on the side while the cooks work hard in the back making food. Came to have a good time. Could do better next time.k
