This place is overrated. I got a chicken bowl with the beans and rice and salsa and cilantro sauce then I got sick, diarrhea 🤢. Your beans are undercooked! They were crunchy they shouldn't be crunchy there should be soft. Also very overpriced! I paid $12! I could have bought a rotisserie chicken for 6 bucks!

I had a very disappointing experience with Victor's Mexican Grill. I placed an order through Toast and wasn't able to pick it up. When I called to explain and ask about a refund or remake the manager Blair was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I wasn't demanding anything — just asking a fair question about an order I paid for but never received. Instead of being met with basic courtesy, I was spoken to with attitude and no willingness to help or even explain the policy. She stated she will lose out on money if she remade my order. I would appreciate a clear explanation of your policy regarding missed pickups since I could not find any policy online. Customer service matters, especially when a business takes online orders. This kind of treatment makes me not want to return.

We usually try new places but shortly after eating here yesterday my 2 children both got food poisoning from here. This isn’t the first time it has happened either.
I ordered a breakfast burrito over the phone. When I got there it was ready. Customer Service was great. I order breakfast burritos from here for staff events we host and never have a problem.

2 out of the 3 girls who helped me were very rude. There was flies and a suggestion put the burritos in a box also so when your waiting for the other girl to put the toppings flies won't land on the food or cover them with foil. Food is good would have gave 5 stars if service wasn't so horrible
A bunch of nasty attitude chicks working in this place. When they make mistakes to the food you pay for, they don't own it and make it right.. they make it seem like it's your fault, and just from reading the reviews, I see this is something they are known for, which is pretty awful for a business! They have no problem with taking people's money but they have a problem with correcting their mistakes and they have the worst attitudes! I will NOT recommend anyone go to this place or try it for the first time !
