I highly recommend this unique and local bakery that is nestled in downtown Bakersfield. We ordered 3 pies for Thanksgiving and they were all delicious and crowd pleasers! I also enjoyed a tart when picking up the pies that was to die for!!!
The cannoli cookies are delicious!
This is overdue, but last Thanksgiving I got overly ambitious and thought I could make a homemade pumpkin pie for the family while having a newborn. The owners of GhilaDolci took pity on my poor planning and I was able to order a pie last minute! Plus, their pumpkin pie was absolutely delicious. 10/10 worth the money thank you!!

GhilaDolci Bakery is a charming small bakery located in downtown Bakersfield. The owner, a classically trained pastry chef, offers a delightful selection of baked goods, including delicious cookies, fantastic pies, and even better cakes. The bakery makes a beautiful buttercream, so smooth! Their prices are very reasonable. GhilaDolci made a masterpiece of a cake for a baby shower, a piece of art that was not only beautiful but also delicious. People were raving over the taste of the cake. They do incredible work, and all the pastries are to die for, freshly baked every day. Scones, pecan bars, and cannoli cookies were a hit. GhilaDolci Bakery also provided the pies for a wedding, and they were a hit.
