“We arrive and immediately ordered drinks and as it's basically buffet style with skewers coming around you start eating. Twenty five minutes later still no cocktails and couldn't get the waiters attention. Went to meet him over near kitchen and he said he'd check on them. I walked to the bar and the bar wasn't full or even extremely busy. Sat back down and the manager came by to ask how our meal was and mentioned this to him and after over half an hour finally got our drinks. Sat and finished up dinner and wanted to order another and still hadn't seen our waiter so we went to front desk and told them we'd like to close our check and go to the bar and have a cocktail. He comes in with our check and said he'd just been extremely busy. There was no credit of any kind on the tab and of course had these tip suggestions after not seeing our waiter besides once. If the waiter was overwhelmed, the manager wandering around should've picked up the slack. Christmas Eve people....have it together.“
