The worst customer I've ever experienced by far. The manager ruby is very rude.
I don’t like doing this but…
I have trust issues when it comes to counter service pickups. I don’t blame the staff but I was missing an item and the online order checkin process is in need of improvement (almost wasted half my lunch hour - I work 7 minutes away but the wait was almost 10 minutes) and no napkins were packed (that’s my fault for my not taking initiative.
I’ll go to the one off Lower Azusa and Peck from now on…
