I ordered through Uber eats. At jack in the box they forgot to put my fries in. I called and they asked me to go pick them up. Like hello I ordered through Uber eats for a damn reason. I'm on crutches and can't drive. And this is how they want $20 an hour. Come

Waited 20 minutes for a jumbo jack and 2 tacos. Food was cold to top it off. This lady was sitting down on her phone, which is not outrageous but the same lady was sitting on her ass on another day with almost the same scenario. Horrible service. Disgusting Food.

Cane here for a late snack because it says open 24 hrs I pulled up at 2 am and the drive thru was blocked but all the workers were sitting down eating then when I pointed at the sign the worker asked if I was picking up a door dash order I said I'm here to make an order she said well we only doing door dash right now then we both gotta take a 30 minutes and only one of us cooks and the other does register so that's how it is. I said so u closed the drive thru and still haven't started your break. Then she glared at me and said yea that's how it is. So this place will be out of business if they don't get better.

This Jack in the Box deserves 0 stars, very poor service! I always get something wrong in my order, I go back hoping it won't happen again and NOPE, I get disappointed again! Never going back there. Aside from getting my order wrong EVERYTIME, employees are very rude and not professional. They also don't answer the phone. Wast of money and time, highly recommended you go to a different jack!
It’s a 50/50 chance that my order will be correct. I’m tired of getting my order wrong. This is about the 6th time they disappoint me.

I'm sorry but I don't think they have a wonderful service or they have the best workers in the restaurant they are not good enough for the company they need a good manager to do the job and the tables were no cleaning the floor was so trash with the paper napkins the workers don't have the best way to take care the restaurant and people wait to much time to get a tender
