Okay honestly I’ve come to this new location only a handful of times and every time, I’ve been met with an attitude from whoever is working there, supervisor or cashier, I’ll just visit the Baldwin Park Boulevard location from now on thank you. (Sorry this was for the location on Arrow Hwy and Irwindale) A while back came through early morning around 5 am. I was told computers were down and cant take any orders. Really? No back up system in place? The next morning same time . Put an order in through drive through and went around to the window. It's Jack in the Box I wasn't looking to be blown away but neither was I expecting a sub par experience. Went by the drive through to try their new items:Pumpkin Spice Basic Witch Shake made with Oreo Cookies and Jack's Spicy Chicken Strips with 100% all white meat chicken. I liked the pumpkin spice in the shake but it was all too sweet. The Oreo cookies gave it depth and character. Jack’s Spicy Chicken strips were a disappointment.
